Crash Dash is the fifth level in Crash Bandicoot 2: Cortex Strikes Back. The level is located in Warp Room 1.
Overview[]
Crash Dash is one of three unique levels. The player is in a forest, with some snowy areas and some dry areas, where a large snow covered boulder is chasing Crash through the level. Instead of running forward, one must run fast in the opposite direction, attempting not to get squashed by the boulder. Other things in the players way are chasms, and electric fences. There is a Bonus Round in the level. Crash Dash contains no enemies at all, only the boulder, but that is not a living, breathing item, therefore there are no enemies in the level.
Gems[]
Like in every level, the regular Clear Gem is present. To obtain this gem, a player must collect every box in the level. In the level, some players may find it hard to obtain all the boxes, becuase you cannot go back; because the boulder will squash you, and you cannot go too slow; the boulder will crush you. There are no other gems to obtain in Crash Dash.
